Paul Graham
Joint Managing DirectorPaul founded the business in 1966, originally as Omnitrade, trading as Paul Graham Fashions, designing and manufacturing ladies’ fast fashion and supplying many well-known High-Street Retailers throughout the UK and Europe. In the 1980s the company diversified into Commercial Property Investment and Development, which is now the business principle focus.
Robert Graham
Joint Managing DirectorRobert began his career in 1990 with a niche West End commercial property consultants, Anthony Green & Spencer. In 2003 together with Paul Goodsir he launched Goodsir Graham and in 2013 he moved on to become an independent agent and consultant. In this time, he became more involved with Omni Estates, focusing on streamlining financial, landlord and tenant lease management. In 2018 it was decided that his role should be solely with Omni Estates. So far in Robert’s tenure, the business has grown year-on-year by making careful and considered acquisitions, developments, strategic disposals and working closely with tenants to help them grow and prosper.
Philip Scott
Lease ManagementPhilip Scott is qualified as both a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors and an Independent Expert offering in excess of 35 years
experience in the retail and commercial property market throughout all parts
of the UK.
His experience includes having worked in-house for the multiple-retailer Sears
Plc and SGP Property Consultants for in excess of 18 years during which time
his role as property manager covered both trading and investment portfolios.
